Tennis Bracelets are not just for Tennis Players

When you hear about Cubic Zirconia tennis bracelets, do you think of tennis? Well I do after reading an article of Wikipedia. Although CZ tennis bracelets do not have tennis balls or tennis racquets on them, they do relate back to tennis. According to the Wikipedia article they relate back to the former World No. 1 woman tennis player Chris Evert. Apparently she was playing in the U.S. Open and was wearing an elegant, light in-line diamond bracelet. The bracelet broke and the match was interrupted to allow Chris to recover her precious diamonds. The "tennis bracelet" incident sparked a new name for the item and sparked a huge jewelry trend. The definition of a tennis bracelet is an in-line thin bracelet that features a symmetrical pattern of diamonds (or in my case cz's) is called a tennis bracelet. Cubic Zirconia tennis bracelets are available in different styles, with different shaped CZ's, and they are also available with different colored CZ's. So if you want to buy a nice gift for someone, a Cubic Zirconia bracelet is a great idea, even if they do not play tennis!
